A complement to the Sack Lunch program is the St. Anthony’s Food Pantry. Neighborhood families come to the Food Pantry once a month to receive free groceries and a smile. When entering the pantry, neighbors are asked to sign in and carry a box through the pantry line where volunteers will assist them with their food.

In order to provide our neighbors with groceries, countless volunteers take the responsibility to receive the groceries, stock the shelves, and distribute the food. The Pantry provides mutual fulfillment for the volunteers and clients alike. Volunteers feel blessed to lend their neighbors a helping hand and the clients feel blessed to receive a box of nutritious food and a kind word.

Volunteers are always needed for this program. Please call 744-3977 to schedule a time. Also, food is always needed and welcomed in any amounts.
